Live Your Mission

Gospel
Matthew 28:16-20

Reading

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Revelation

All authority in heaven and on earth truly belongs to our Lord Jesus Christ. It is He who gives us strength to rise each morning, to walk, to work, to speak, and to serve. Nothing in our lives is sustained by our own power—every breath, every step, every opportunity is upheld by His grace.

Because our life is in Him, our strength is in Him, and our hope is in Him, we are never left without purpose. Jesus Himself commands us to share the Good News—whether convenient or inconvenient—because His presence goes with us until the end of the age. We are not alone in the mission He entrusts to us.

Reflection

When we recognize that all power belongs to Jesus, our hearts find rest. We no longer strive by human effort alone. Instead, we move with confidence, knowing that the One who calls us also equips us.

There are moments when sharing the Gospel feels uncomfortable, untimely, or even risky. Yet Jesus reminds us that obedience is not about convenience—it is about trust. When we speak His Word, when we encourage someone, when we testify about His goodness, we participate in His eternal work.

And the greatest assurance? Jesus is with us—always. Not only in our victories, but also in our weakness, fatigue, and uncertainty. His presence empowers us to live boldly, love deeply, and serve faithfully.

Response

Lord Jesus Christ,

All power, glory, and authority belong to You alone. You are the One who enables me to rise, to walk, to work, and to live for the glory of the Father’s holy Name. My life is in You, my strength is in You, my hope is in You. Everything I am and everything I have comes from Your loving hands.

Grant me the courage to share the Good News even when it is inconvenient. Teach me to obey all that You have commanded, not by my own ability, but by the power of Your Spirit working within me. Let my words, actions, and daily life reflect Your truth and Your love. Stay with me, Lord, as You promised—in every season, in every challenge, in every opportunity. Let Your presence be my confidence, Your Word be my guide, Your mission be my purpose. Use me for the praise and glory of the Father, until the very end of the age.

Amen.
