They were all amazed and said to one another, “What is there about his word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.” (Luke 4:36)
Revelation
The Word of the Lord is with Authority and Power to command everything to obey. By His word, all came to be. Never will it return to Him void without accomplishing its purpose. With authority and power, His Word heals you today from all your infirmities and drives out any form of evil that may have cling to you.
Reflection
The Word of the Lord is never passive, never empty, never powerless. From the beginning of creation, His Word brought light out of darkness, order out of chaos, and life out of nothingness. Today, that same Word continues to move with authority and power, commanding all things to obey His divine will.
When God speaks, sickness yields. When God speaks, fear dissolves. When God speaks, every force of darkness loses its grip. His Word does not return void; it accomplishes healing, restoration, deliverance, and transformation. Whatever infirmity tries to cling to your body, whatever heaviness tries to bow down your spirit, the Word of the Lord rises above it with unstoppable authority. His Word is not merely spoken — it is sent, and when it is sent, it acts, heals, breaks, restores, and sets free.
Today, His Word is working in you. Today, His Word is healing you. Today, His Word is driving out every evil that tried to attach itself to your life. Today, His Word is accomplishing its purpose — fullness, restoration, and new life in Christ.
Response
Lord Jesus Christ,
Your Word is life, power, and authority. By Your Word, all creation came to be, and by Your Word, all things are sustained. Speak Your healing Word over me today, and let every infirmity bow to Your command. Let every darkness flee at the sound of Your voice. Let every burden be lifted, every fear be silenced, and every weakness be strengthened.
Your Word never returns void, Lord. Let it accomplish healing in my body, deliverance in my soul, and restoration in my whole being. I surrender myself to Your authority. I welcome Your power to work in me. I trust that Your Word is already fulfilling its purpose — to heal me, restore me, and raise me to a new life in You.
